NPR Purpose Statement:

To provide resources for Christian student development personnel who have been in the field for less than five years.  We accomplish this by providing a weekend retreat prior to the annual ACSD national conference so that new professionals can be encouraged, connect with other professionals in a similar position, and learn more about being successful in the field of Student Affairs.

NPR Learning Outcomes:

  • Network with other new professionals in ACSD
  • Share information on own experiences, challenges and successes
