DR. JAMES DAVISON HUNTER

James Davison Hunter is the Labrosse-Levinson Distinguished Professor of Religion, Culture, and Social Theory at the University of Virginia and Executive Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture. Dr. Hunter has written seven books, the most recent book being To Change the World. He completed his doctorate at Rutgers University in 1981 and joined the faculty of the University of Virginia in 1983.

 

DR. GWEN DUNGY

A tireless advocate for students, Gwendolyn Jordan Dungy served as executive director of NASPA-Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education from 1995 until 2012, when she was named executive director emeritus. Dr. Dungy draws on more than 40 years of experience in higher education, and is the author of numerous articles in higher education books, journals, and magazines. Most recently, she edited Exceptional Senior Student Affairs Administrators' Leadership: Strategies and Competencies for Success, along with Shannon Ellis. Dr. Dungy earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Eastern Illinois University, an M.A. degree from Drew University in New Jersey, and a Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis..

 

SKYE JETHANI

Skye Jethani is an ordained pastor, author, editor, and speaker. He serves as the senior editor of Leadership Journal, a publication of Christianity Today International. His latest book, With: Reimagining The Way You Relate to God was released in August of 2011. Skye earned a Masters of Divinity degree in 2001 from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois

 

DR. JOHN STACKHOUSE

John Stackhouse holds the Sangwoo Youtong Chee Chair of Theology and Culture at Regent College, an international graduate school of Christian studies affiliated with the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. A graduate of Queen's University, Wheaton College, and the University of Chicago, Dr. Stackhouse is the author of seven books, editor of four more, and author of more than 500 articles, book chapters, and reviews. His scholarship has been featured on ABC, NBC, PBS, CBC, CTV, and Global TV networks, as well as in print media as diverse as The New York Times, Washington Post, Atlantic, Times Literary Supplement, Time, and Reader's Digest. Dr. Stackhouse has lectured at some of the great universities of the world, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Edinburgh, and Fudan. He is an advisory editor to Christianity Today, a contributing editor to Books & Culture, a columnist for Faith Today, and an occasional blogger for The National Post. He is currently at work on a comprehensive epistemology for Oxford University Press, entitled Need to Know: A Vocational Epistemology.
