The Admissions Counselor will play a central role in helping the college achieve its enrollment goals by successfully managing a recruitment territory. Responsibilities include: traveling to and promoting the college at Admissions events such as homeschool conventions, college fairs, high schools, and other events; reviewing and interviewing applicants; recruiting and counseling prospective students; and meeting with prospective students and family members who visit campus.
The ideal candidate will enthusiastically embrace the mission and vision of the College and can clearly and persuasively articulate these to prospective students, parents, and others. Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with and desire to work with high school families, and a genuine enthusiasm for the mission and vision of the College. Must be willing to travel up to 5 weeks of the year.
