The Assistant Director has overall responsibility for a specific residential community. Including: staff development, community building, crisis intervention, programming, community management, administration, counseling and advising. This person also takes primary leadership (kind of like a committee chair) of one departmental area: Judicial Affairs Coordinator is the area for this position.
