Student Activities Assistant /Residence Director at Eastern University
Description:
The Student Activities Assistant works with the Coordinator to govern the Student Activities Board (the retreat, weekly board meetings, attending events, advertisements & monthly calendar.) The SAA works with University clubs, organizations, community and residence life staff members. The Resident Director is a live- in position. The RD manages a residence hall building, its residents and student staff while promoting an atmosphere of Christian Community in the residence hall that fosters student growth; spiritual, physical, intellectual, and inter-personal. Assist with student staff trainings, workshops and the administration of the Resident Assistant program including selection, supervision, training, and evaluation.
