Description:
Kuyper College seeks a highly-organized live-in on site manager with excellent customer service skills to coordinate and supervise student housing and residential housing staff on and off campus, address matters of discipline, maintain pertinent databases, and provide leadership to the residential and spiritual component of the Student Life Department. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred) and two years of relevant experience in higher education; exceptional writing skills, track record of proven success organizing and coordinating housing and housing related activities for 200 to 500 students. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to engage, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students and a diverse level of staff; computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to multi- task efficiently and effectively.
