Residence Hall Director (Women’s Hall with 50 upper-class residents and four student RAs) In support of Montreat College’s educational mission, the Residence Hall Director serves students in an educational capacity within the residential environment through planned and unplanned educational opportunities and both formal and informal settings. Director of Service The position of Director of Service exists to facilitate the fulfillment of Montreat College’s mission to be a Service-Driven institution. Through regular planning and implementation of service opportunities, the Director of Service assists in the process of developing Montreat students into agents of reconciliation, transformation and renewal. Qualified candidates will be in agreement with Montreat College Statement of Faith, self-motivated, excellent communication skills both oral and written. Master's degree preferred.
