Description:
Responsibilities include: - Coordinating all aspects of student life in the residence hall - Planning and implementing the residence experience and programs for female students; - Counseling individual students on emotional and behavioral concerns; - Promoting an educational environment within the residence area; - Supervising and training student Resident Assistants and Residence Area Councils; - Addressing students in violation of the lifestyle and community guidelines and implementing discipline schedules for those students; - Maintaining an RA/RD office and submitting required documentation in a timely fashion; - Attending Student Development staff meetings; - Participating in divisional, collaborative activities and other campus meetings as assigned; - Living in the apartment provided by the university; - Planning and implementing orientation activities and facilitating Housing Registration.
