Milligan College is accepting applications for three resident directors, two female resident directors one resident director over the Milligan Suite Apartments (MSA). The MSA RD position is open to men and women. The Resident Director’s position provides administrative, supervisory, programming, and counseling experiences in a residence hall setting. As a live-in staff member of the Student Development area, the Resident Director works with the students in developing comfortable living environments and assisting individuals in their personal development. The MSA RD may also act as apartment manager for non-traditional students in the apartments, this role includes: apartment inspections, check in/out of renters, assisting with maintenance needs and communication with the Student Development office. http://www.milligan.edu/about/open-positions.html
