DEAN OF COMMUNITY LIFE (DCL) The Student Development Office at Northwest University is seeking to hire a Dean of Community Life. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in Student Development. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Student Development. Master's degree and/or related work experience within higher education is required. Doctorate preferred. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and development of residence life personnel; oversight of residence hall programming; investigating and responding to student conduct issues; hiring, training and development of the housing and student programs office personnel; and a commitment to interdepartmental collaboration.
