Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily management of residence hall. Selection, supervision and evaluation of staff, counseling, and programming. Opportunity to assist in Campus Ministries, Student Activities, and Community Service programs. Additional responsibilities in Student Services will be determined. A job description may be obtained from the Human Resources Office. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Residence life experience preferred. Strong relational and communication skills, along with an ability to promote and support a Christian vision of student development. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University’s Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.
