  <title>Beaver Falls, PA: Graduate Assistant: First Year Experience at Geneva College</title>
  <description>The Graduate Assistant for the First Year Experience is responsible for supporting the Director of Student Programs in developing and implementing an array of thoughtful and engaging programs for first year students.  This is a 20 hour a week position that is contingent on being accepted into the Master’s of Higher Education Program at Geneva College. 

Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing support to the Director in the development, management, and supervision for the First Year Experience Program including: planning, promoting, scheduling, and evaluating FYE programs; providing leadership and supervision for student mentors and Welcome Week coordinators; building and maintaining relationships with student leaders and campus departments.

Position Qualifications  Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Three years of work experience in a college or university setting preferred. Computer Skills: This position uses multiple technologies.
