Essential Functions: &amp;bull; Serve on the Executive Cabinet. &amp;bull; Direct and promote the college&amp;rsquo;s diversity initiatives in areas of recruiting, training and development, compliance and reporting. &amp;bull; Provide strategic leadership in campus engagement to include Department of Student Affairs; Athletics and Intramurals; Counseling, Health, and Warner Pacific Community Wellness. &amp;bull; Provide strategic leadership in living and learning engagement to include Residence Life; Learning Communities and Service Learning (guided by academic departments); Office of Multicultural Affairs; Career Services; and Academic Support. &amp;bull; Provide strategic leadership in urban engagement to include Campus Ministries and Outreach; Intercultural Competencies; Social Justice Initiatives; Community Partnerships, and Urban Plan Administration. &amp;bull; Participate in the review, amendment, and implementation of the college&amp;rsquo;s strategic plan. &amp;bull; Oversee Act Six Program and Portland Leadership Foundation initiatives. &amp;bull; Participate in professional development opportunities. &amp;bull; Demonstrate commitment to a Christian liberal arts education by upholding to the mission of the college and abiding by the Employment Standards and Lifestyle Agreement. &amp;bull; Perform other duties as assigned.
