Here you will find past benchmarking studies and survey data.
2020-2021 ACSD/CCCU Housing Benchmark Study
A survey of Housing/Residence Life at ACSD/CCCU institutions. Comparative institutional demographics were collected for 135 schools, and interviews were completed with 84 of those institutions. Includes benchmarking of metrics like housing capacity, facilities comparison, residency requirements, staff size/composition, RD compensation and level of education, etc.
2019 Housing Benchmark Study
The survey was completed by 46 members of ACSD over various regions of the United States. If you’re interested in comparative data on various analytics around residence halls, campus apartments, programming, assessment and housing sign-up procedures, click here.
